Explore the Company Table Header -
You can see how the company table header looks like and what default fields are required for it.
Here, more three options of "Add New Company", "Settings" and "Add a Custom Filter" is present at the top right of the company table header respectively.
1. Add a New Company
As you click on this icon a new form of "Add New Company" will open and from here you can directly add a new company.
a. Customize Columns
Here, you can enable and disable the columns which you want to display in your list.
b. Create Custom Field
As you click on "Add Custom Field", it will redirects you on the fields setting in settings under customize from where you can create a new custom field.
c. Export Data
As you click on the export data it will redirects you on the export in settings under data management form where you export your Interface 365 data to an Excel file.
3. Create a Custom Filter
FILTERS - It is used to filter the data according to your user requirement.
As you click here, a new short window will open in which you have to fill some information to add a new custom filter.
Now, as you click on Save Filter Set after you fill all the details here, it will open a new window to save new filter which needs to enter a "Filter Name", even you can make this filter as "public" or "private" according to you.
Moreover, you have one more option to create a new custom filter. At the end of the default custom filter dropdown list, you can choose an option to create a new custom filter.
From the above screenshots and content, it is clear how to create a new custom filter. Now, here we will look at how it works when you create a new custom filter and choose another custom filter than the default from the custom dropdown list which is present at the left top.
Now, I have created a new custom filter named "Ankita Patidar's Companies". so if you are going to select "Ankita Patidar's Companies" then you will be going to see companies according to the selected filter.
Moreover, in the above screenshot, at the top right corner, you can see an icon of filter, which is visible only in the case when you are going to select the newly created customer filter rather than the system generated filter.
Filter Icon - As you click on the filter icon, it will open a new short window displaying information related to the selected filter.
